Ride Reigate 100k Route

Relatively quiet roads for the most part, with some extended downhill sections to pick up real speed. Watch out for traffic turning out at Turners Hill crossroads though.

The infamous Kidds Hill climb, “The Wall” features at the almost halfway point, but it’s not as bad as reputed if you just saddle up, and spin your way up. The reward is some fantastic views of the stunning Ashdown Forest, more than .making up for it.

It’s well worth a stop at one of the cafes in Forest row to give the legs a chance to recover after that hill, maybe even popping in to see the guys at In-Gear Cycle Sport.

then it’s on with the final third of the ride as you return to Reigate via Turners Hill, Smallfield and skirting Redhill.

All in all, or challenging, yet picturesque way to fill a few hours in the saddle.
